Happy Halloween!

It was another very long night last night. She wouldn't stay asleep and every time she woke, it was accompanied by screaming. She ended up sleeping in bed with us because it was the only thing that got us any sleep at all. It still didn't mean much sleep though. She woke up at 7 for the day and Scott was nice enough to get up with her. He managed to get her to take a 1 hour nap. Then it was playtime with Daddy until I got up.

It was a mostly uneventful day. Adia took a 1 and 1/2 hour nap on the floor. The we went shopping and Adia rode in the Kozy. She seemed to really like it. All she wanted to do was play with the top button on my sweater. I eventually had to tuck the button so she could get at it. I didn't want her ripping it off and choking on it.

She was cranky when we got home, but I really wanted to get some Halloween pictures of her before the sunset or it got any colder outside. She was fussing until I walked out the door. Then it turned into smiles and squeals. She really enjoys being outside. We took tons of pictures in the leaves, but she wouldn't look up or smile at me. It was kind of frustrating, but they were still cute. She mostly just wanted to eat her pumpkin and anything else she could get in her mouth, leaves, moss, grass, a couple sticks.

We went back inside and Adia drank a little bit. She also took a very short nap. It was more like she was dozing. I grabbed all the pieces for her fairy costume so when she woke up we could put them on her. I knew she wouldn't last long in it. Scott put her onesie on her and I did the rest. She didn't seem to mind it. We headed outside for more pictures. It was really starting to get cold so we knew we had to hurry. We put her in the grass and quickly put on her wings. There was no way those would stay on for long. She still wouldn't smile, but she also didn't seem to mind the costume too much.

When we got back in we took her out of her costume and she played until dinnertime. She ate apple YoBaby yogurt for dinner and loved it. She kept opening her mouth for more. She also had puffs and a biter biscuit

After dinner was her bath. She didn't last long in it, but just long enough for me to get all the food off her face and chest. Scott dressed her and we thought she'd quickly go to sleep. We were wrong. She started giggling and smiling every time she saw Scott. She didn't want the bottle and only wanted to play. I hope she'll go to sleep and actually sleep tonight. We're both tired and run down.

Crysi,

The last one of those pictures where you can see her babylegs underneath the costume literally looks like an advertisement. You should try sending that picture in to a contest, if not a modeling agency. She is 100% adorable!!!!
