Adia loved having the piggie here all week. They became really good friends. Every morning Adia would run to her cage and say, "Hi PigPig!" She liked feeding her treats and talking to her. Piggie seemed to like her too. She would sit on her house all day, just watching us, occasionally squeaking. Adia wasn't happy when DiDi took her back home. She'll be coming back tomorrow though.

Adia's been asking for a pony tail for a few days. I couldn't find a pony tail holder since my hair's took short. Adia managed to find one and she had her first pony tail! She looked so cute and old. I can't believe her hair is finally long enough. We bought her some more hair ties that are smaller and better suited for her hair. I can't wait to try out pigtails.

On Sunday we took her to the movies. DiDi came with us. We saw Monsters v Aliens in 3D. Adia was super excited. She kept saying, "Exciting!" as we were walking into the theatre. We didn't know how she'd do or if she'd last through the movie, but we also knew she wanted to see it. We got popcorn and candy. Adia didn't want to share the sour patch kids. She sat between DiDi and me. She finally weighs enough to keep the seat down. She was awesome through almost the entire movie. She talked a bit, but it wasn't too bad. She refused to wear the 3D glasses though so she saw a blurred version. During the last 20 minutes of the movie, she lost it. She decided she was "All done." I think it was because she ran out of candy. She ended up walking around in front of our seats or sitting on the stairs. When the movie was over, she said "Monsters again!" She keeps talking about the monster movie and how much fun it was.

Daddy, Adia and I went out to breakfast yesterday. Adia decided she wanted a burger so that's what I ordered her. She ate some of it, along with some grapes, but when my food arrived, she gobbled down half my scrambled eggs and ham. I had a feeling that's what she really wanted anyway. Then we went to ToysRus. She kept asking to go to the bookstore, not toy store. I guess we know what she really likes. I picked out some new play food for her while she wandered with Daddy. I picked correctly because she wouldn't let go of it. She's been playing with it nearly nonstop at home too. She was super cranky when we got home so it was definitely nap time.

Adia's been doing really well sleeping in her bed alone. She made it all night last night, but woke up around 6am. She only wanted Daddy and lots of cuddles from him. I always wonder what she's dreaming about since it seems she had a nightmare. We went back to sleep for a little bit once she settled down. She didn't nap today and went to bed early again tonight. She fought it, but she was very very tired.
