We did have a second Christmas at Gramma and Papa's house. Adia loved opening more presents and climbing all over her Papa, Auntie and Uncle. She was so happy to see everyone again. It's great to see how she actually knows who everyone is. She remembers them, asks for them and can't wait to see them again.
She especially liked the snoring Santa that Gramma and Papa have had for ages. She thought he was the funniest thing ever and now recognizes Santa too.
After opening presents, we headed down to Coos Bay to go to Shore Acres and see the lights. I couldn't wait to see Adia's face. We had dinner at Sizzler and Adia wouldn't eat anything except ice cream. Adia was confused by the drive out to the lights. It was really dark and she had no idea where we were going. Once we were parked, I had to seriously bundle her up because it was freezing cold. We were lucky though because it didn't rain at all, even though everything was wet. She was Auntie Colie's girl from the moment we got out of the car. Colie chased her around the park and played with her. Adia kept saying, "Oooh pretty lights" and telling us the colors. She especially enjoyed the moving lights like the whale, sea lions, birds and crabs. She was upset when it was time to leave, but she said good bye to the lights and fell asleep in the car before we were even out of the parking lot.
Daddy went home the next day, but Adia and I stayed with DiDi for several days. Adia had a blast and is getting so much better at using silverware. She ate half a box of mac and cheese, using her fork.

We had Tanae overnight too. They were crazy together. Lots of giggling, screaming and fights over the same toys.
Adia wasn't happy to have DiDi leave on Friday after she drove us back, but she was happy to be in her own home. She was incredibly talkative when we went grocery shopping, naming everything she saw. We've also watched Monsters Inc a million times. She absolutely loves that movie. It has taken Panda's place. She especially enjoys watching TV in crazy places, like a couple days ago while sitting in a box with a bunch of crayons.
Gramma and Papa visited yesterday. Adia was bouncing off the walls so happy to see them. We went to the book store and got ice cream. Adia bought 2 new books. She handed them to the cashier and then handed her money. Adia said, "Thank you" and carried her own bag. She was so proud of herself. Then we went and got ice cream. Adia picked her own, chocolate with M&Ms, but she didn't eat much of it. Papa ended up finishing it for her.

We loaded back up in the car and headed off to look at manufactured homes. Adia fell asleep in the car so Papa carried her through most of the models. She woke up almost at the end and was awesome. She wandered around with me, checked out possible bedrooms and was really confused about why she couldn't pee in the potty. After looking at all the models and getting some info, we headed back home for dinner. Adia didn't eat much, but she did try some guacamole. Daddy and I left Adia with Gramma and Papa so we could see a movie. Adia didn't cry at all when we left, just waved. I got the biggest hug when we came back in the door though.
