Gamma and Unky Eck visited on Tuesday. Adia was happy to see them. Gamma, Scott, Adia and I went out to lunch at PF Changs. They're the only Chinese restaurant that Adia can eat at because they have a gluten free menu. I ordered the gluten free chicken lettuce wraps, but Adia wasn't impressed. She actually didn't eat much of anything. She was mostly interested in playing and jumping around the booth. She wouldn't stay in her booster at all.

Adia fell asleep in the car on the way to the mall. I transferred her to her stroller and she continued to sleep. We did some shopping and Adia got some cute new clothes. She missed picking them out since she was asleep. She woke up in the middle of JC Penny and was totally confused. I carried her for a bit and then she wanted to get down a walk. She was really excited, started to run and wasn't looking where she was going. She ended up slamming right into a pillar. She ended up with a big welt on her forehead which has now bruised.

After the mall, Unky Eck arrived at the house. Adia was surprised to see him and we all went outside to play. Eck took Adia down the slide, over and over again. She loved it. She was squealing and yelling, "weeee!" the whole way down. Adia wasn't happy when it was time to leave to pick up Gampa.

We ate at a restaurant on the Willamette river. Last time we ate there is was for my birthday. It's kinda spendy, but super yummy. I ordered Adia a cheeseburger, sans bun, but she all she did was eat the cheese off the top. She didn't want anything else. Gampa walked her around and Adia was able to see our food get cooked. She liked watching the ducks out the window too. We came home and she quickly took her bath and fell asleep. She was a tired girl.

We spent Wednesday by going for a couple walks and trying to avoid the rain. We didn't get as much rain as I thought we were going to get, but it was nice to cool off. It's starting to heat up again though.

DiDi arrived on Thursday and Adia freaked out when she saw her. She kept yelling "DiDi." After dinner we went for a walk on the river. Adia refused to stay in her stroller so she ended up walking. Of course she wanted to smell every flower and explore. DiDi ended up chasing her with the stroller and Adia was laughing and squealing as she ran away. We eventually put her back in the stroller because it was getting late (and dark). She wasn't happy so I put her on my shoulders. We walked several blocks like that while Adia tried to touch the tree branches.

Adia didn't want to get in the tub when we got back, but eventually did. She was really tired since she hadn't had a good nap. She went to sleep fairly easily.

Friday morning, DiDi and I walked to the mall with Adia. She didn't want to stay in the stroller, but she didn't have a choice. When we got there we let Adia play in the play area. She seemed shell shocked at first, but soon opened up and started having fun. She went down the slide over and over again. We were able to get her out of the play area by telling her we were going to see the puppies and kitties. She mostly liked the guinea pigs and the lizards though.

She fell asleep on the ride home after complaining for the longest time. She slept for over a hour and woke up just as Auntie Colie and her boyfriend arrived. DiDi left then and Adia was not happy about her going. We went to lunch, where once again, Adia didn't want to eat. Then it was back to the mall. Adia was kind of a brat and was only happy when she was playing with my sunglasses. We came home and Adia played with Colie and Casey before they had to go back home.

About a hour after they left, Scott finally woke up. Adia had been asking for Daddy for ages so she was happy to see him. Right before dinner, Adia told me she needed to peepee. I took her and could tell she had already peed in her pull up. I set her on the toilet anyway and she was grunting and straining like crazy. I told her it was ok if she didn't need to go anymore, it was a good try, but when I noticed she was pooping! I went crazy, jumping up and down and clapping. She just smiled and looked at me like I was nuts. I'm still in shock that she pooped on the potty. She always looks so proud of herself when she goes in the potty.

We had dinner and then Adia had fun with Scott in the tub. She went to bed pretty early. We cuddled in bed while watching a movie and both fell asleep before 9. Scott had to come in before he left and turn off the TV. Adia was up bright and early at 6 though asking for "Milk, Daddy and peepee." When we got up, she was mad to not find Daddy, but she did like her milk. She wouldn't pee though and then wanted to go back to bed. We were up again at 7. Adia wanted to snuggle in bed and watch part of the movie before getting up.

We don't have much to do today, but I do know we need to go to the store.
