Since our weather seems to have gone back to winter time with plenty of wind and rain, Adia has been enjoying playtime at the play area. The twins like playing there too when there's not too many kids playing. Surprisingly, Leia's the braver one. She heads right out into the middle of things, while Mira likes to crawl in and out of tunnels.

Unky Eck graduated from college on Mother's day so Adia and Daddy made some mother's day/graduation brownies to share. And Daddy says he can't cook or bake... and that was even gluten free baking.

Adia also made some cards. She's getting really good at making actual pictures. She made flowers for Gramma and DiDi.

Unky Eck has great weather for his graduation. It was super sunny and warm. Adia couldn't sit still or be quiet for the ceremony so she got to play in the sand pit. Afterward, the girls played in the grass while we waited for everyone. Adia wasn't being too cooperative so I don't have many pictures of her.

In the middle of this, the twins turned 10 months old. We're getting so close to a year, I can't believe it. They're getting so big. They've actually been wearing some of Adia's 12-18mo clothes. Mira's taking steps and getting braver and braver while Leia started standing unassisted the last couple days. She looks so proud of herself when she does and usually starts giggling. Mira can also clap and tries to the the rolling motion for patty cake. It's so cute to watch. The both love books and trying new foods. Today they ate an entire mango by themselves. If it's fruit, they're all over it.

Leia really loves sweet potatoes too. She had some roasted sweet potatoes yesterday and even though she ate a bunch of them, she also used them as body paint. I hadn't planned on bathing the twins, but she really gave me no choice. Adia didn't mind. She doesn't seem to like taking baths alone anymore.

I just wish Mira would stop drinking the bath water. While I'm sure it prepares her for drinking out of a cup, I'm not sure it's the best way to practice.

And occasionally, Adia is cooperative with the camera. (yes, she still wears glasses, but she's been a bit temperamental about keeping them on lately. Ahh, to be 3)

She also got a haircut a week ago. She told me she didn't want her sisters pulling her hair anymore so she wanted to get her haircut. I think she took off 3 inches, but Adia told her how short she wanted it to be and she sat mostly still.
This last weekend, DiDi watched all 3 girls for 2 nights so Daddy and I could have a weekend away for our anniversary. Daddy and I thought we'd get a frantic phone call, begging us to come back, but the girls were perfect angels for her instead. I'm not entirely sure they wanted us to come home at all.

And I think I'm raising more than 1 jedi. The force seems to be strong with all my girls:
